Mandatory: Clear photographic and video evidence of the damaged product. An unboxing video showing the product being taken out of the original packaging is highly recommended and will help expedite your claim.

Digital Products & Services
For digital products, services, consultations, or any personalized items, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once the order has been processed or the service has been rendered.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as our fulfillment process begins immediately.
